Sounds of the Creative Labs SoundBlaster AWE64 Gold PCI soundcard
This custom expansion includes all 128 General MIDI instruments and one drum kit from the Creative Labs SoundBlaster AWE64 Gold PCI soundcard - available in MPC, Kontakt and SoundFont formats.
These sounds have been sampled using circuit-accurate emulation of the original hardware running on Windows 95.

The MPC version is designed to work with version 2.x & 3.x of the MPC Software, FREE MPC Beats Software, MPC VSTi, MPC Touch, MPC Live, MPC Live 2, MPC X, MPC Force, MPC One, MPC One+, MPC X SE, MPC Key 61, MPC Key 37 and any MPC that uses XPM files. Your order includes an XPN file for installing in the MPC Software and a Standalone version. This will show up in the Expansions section of your Browser in software and standalone mode with a picture and individual instrument audio previews for each instrument.
If you order the Kontakt Edition, these instruments are contained in Kontakt 4 NKI instrument files.
If you order the SoundFont Edition, these instruments are provided as individual SF2 files.
This expansion has been heavily compressed for quicker download. You may need the free 7-Zip (PC) or free Unarchiver (Mac) in order to unzip the downloaded file properly.
