Q: What MPC software/hardware is compatible with Cubilas expansions?

You can use these expansions in the MPC 2.0 Software, the free MPC Beats software, and in standalone mode on the following MPC hardware models: MPC X, MPC X SE, MPC One, MPC One+, MPC Live, MPC, Live II, MPC Force, MPC Key 37, MPC Key 61, MPC 5000.

Q: Do you have packs for vintage MPCs? (60/1000/2000/2500/etc)

Not currently, but lite versions of some expansions are in the works.

Q: I placed an order and did not receive anything?

If you were not automatically redirected to your Downloads Page and did not get an order confirmation email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam / junk e-mail folders for your order confirmation email. If you are still having trouble, please contact me on instant web chat or send me a message if I am unavailable

Q: I purchased the Complete Collection Digital Download. Where is it?

You will be sent a link to your personal folder containing your expansions within a few minutes. Please check your email. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to receive a link to your personal folder.

Q: I downloaded and cannot extract the standalone files, or the extracted files contain no sound / no samples / no programs / no previews?

Your computer's default archive software may have missed some files; these expansions are heavily compressed for quicker download.

Try extracting the 7z file again with a free 7z decompressor:
Mac : Unzip One or The Unarchiver
PC : 7-Zip

Q: I previously purchased the Complete Collection. Can I get the latest expansions?

You will be automatically notified with a discount code when new expansions become available. If you are looking to upgrade from a legacy version of the Complete Collection, please start a chat with me. If I am currently unavailable, either leave your email in chat or send me an email.

Q: Can I use these instruments in other software DAWs?

If you have the MPC Software, you can use the MPC VST inside of your DAW. Kontakt and SoundFont versions of some expansions are also available, more coming soon!

Digital Download Purchases:

Most digital downloadable purchases include the following three items:

XPN file - expansion file for installing in the software
7z compressed file - the standalone version of the expansion
“README – Instructions.pdf” including more details and step-by-step installation instructions with pictures.

NOTE: The XPN and the standalone 7z both contain the same instruments.

The standalone version of larger expansions contains a single expansion folder, where as some XPN versions have been split into smaller files for easier software installation. This is due to a size limitation of the XPN file format and MPC Software. Not all expansions have an XPN package.
You can also install the standalone version in the MPC Software if you'd like, or export the XPNs to standalone.

Choose an option that suits your needs. You do not need to download or install both.

Physical Device Purchases:

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing on physical orders (SD Card / USB Stick / HDD / SSD.)

Most hardware items and storage devices ship out within one business day after purchase.

International deliveries can take up to 30 days in extreme cases but usually arrive in 1-2 weeks.

Internal SSD & HDD purchases require manual installation into your hardware MPC.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Since downloads cannot be returned like a physical product., I do not offer refunds or returns on any digital downloadable products.

All sales are final.

If you encounter an issue after receiving a physical USB Stick, SD card, SSD or HDD, please Contact Me directly for a replacement.

Any hardware listed for sale is non-returnable. It is sold as-is, as-described.
