MPC 2.11.4 Downgrade Links

PLEASE NOTE :  I have used this downgrade and can confirm it works on MPC One, MPC Key 61 and MPC Live II. I cannot guarantee it will work for every MPC and I am not to be held responsible for anything that may happen using this method. Proceed at your own risk.

In case you've updated to MPC 2.11.5 and cannot hear audio previews or use MP3 or other formats, use the links below to download and downgrade back to MPC 2.11.4.

Issue: The MPC in standalone mode will not audition or load MP3, SND or REX files.

Fix: None currently from Akai (other than downgrading to 2.11.4 or a previous build)

Status: Akai has identified the issue(s) and is currently testing an update which should be released sometime soon.

Downgrade Instructions using Computer:

1. Download the 2.11.4 installer above.
2. Connect your MPC to your computer via USB
3. In your MPC, go to Preferences and select Update.
4. Choose "Switch to Update Mode."
5. Run the 2.11.4 installer & follow instructions.

If the update gets stuck, I recommend manually closing the update software and trying again.
